A Day for the Community

Ji-ho arrives at the community hall at 09:00 for the event. He pays a 5 pound entrance fee.

Dragan asks Ji-ho about a local clinic. Ji-ho explains the NHS provides free care.

They walk to Platform 4 at the station. A train leaves at 14:30.

Ji-ho gives Dragan a leaflet about a pharmacy. It lists the opening times for the weekend.

Dragan needs a prescription for a cough. He asks the price of the medicine.

The pharmacist says the medicine costs 9 pounds 35 pence. Dragan pays the amount.

They meet again on 12th March for the volunteer meeting. The event is a success.
