Hamids Big Day

At 08:00, Hamid finishes his UCAS application for the university. He feels relieved because the fee is only 27 pounds.

Outside, the weather is rainy, so he checks the traffic report. There are roadworks on the highway near the city center.

Hamid arrives at the station at 09:15. An announcement says his train to the tech district leaves from Platform 4.

He sits on the train and reviews his CV. He has a job interview at a British tech startup at 10:30 today.

The train arrives at 10:00, but he must walk fast. He passes a small restaurant where he plans to eat lunch later.

Oksana welcomes him at the office reception. She explains that the startup is growing quickly in the current market.

Hamid tells Oksana that he finished his application. Oksana says she remembers her own application process well.

The interview starts, and Hamid answers questions about his skills. He mentions his appointment with the doctor at 14:00.

Oksana offers him the position with a good salary. Hamid accepts the offer and leaves the building at 12:45.

He walks to the pharmacy to buy medicine. He is happy because he managed his busy schedule perfectly.
