A Busy Morning in London

It is 8:15 AM on Tuesday and Iryna stands at the busy entrance of Oxford Circus station. The rainy weather makes the commute difficult.

The station announcer says that there are severe delays due to roadworks near the tracks. Iryna checks her watch nervously.

She pushes through the crowded gate number four to reach the platform. The train finally arrives at 8:30 AM after a long wait.

Inside the carriage, the atmosphere is intense as passengers squeeze together. Iryna worries that she has missed her doctor appointment.

She arrives at the tech startup office at 9:05 AM. The receptionist tells her that the manager, Stefan, is waiting in the lobby.

Stefan greets Iryna and mentions that the company culture is very fast. He says the starting salary is 45000 pounds per year.

Iryna explains that she has developed several apps in the past. Stefan listens carefully while they walk to the meeting room.

After the interview, Stefan says he will contact her by Friday. He adds that the office is near a nice restaurant for lunch.
