Mei's London Adventure: Transport and School

Mei arrived at London Heathrow on Monday, 1st September. She needed a ticket for the underground.

Mei met Andriy at the station. He suggested using the Oyster card or contactless payment for a 2.80 journey.

Mei bought an Oyster card for 7.00. She put 20.00 on the card.

They took the Piccadilly Line from Platform 3 at 10:15 AM. They went to a primary school.

Andriy explained the school system. Children start primary school at five, secondary school at eleven.

Mei asked about school levels. Andriy mentioned the Year 1 and the Year 7 as starting years.

They left the school at 12:00 PM. Mei was happy and planned to meet Andriy next week.
