Sabine Finds a Home

At 08:00, Sabine enters the crowded underground station. She feels nervous about the busy morning rush.

She checks the digital display for platform 4. The train arrives and takes her to the city center.

Sabine meets Ji-ho at a cafe at 09:30. They discuss the rent of 1200 pounds for the flat.

Ji-ho shows the legal document to Sabine. She reads the clauses about the deposit and the move-in date.

Sabine asks if the monthly charge includes the utility bills. Ji-ho confirms the total price is fixed.

They agree to start the contract on 01 October. Sabine fills in the form with her contact details.

Sabine pays the first month rent. She is happy to have a place to live in London.
