A Busy Day in London

Milena arrives at the primary school at 08:30 on Monday. She asks about the curriculum and the local catchment area requirements.

Outside, roadworks delay the bus by twenty minutes. Milena checks the app and sees the bus arrives at 09:15.

The weather is very foggy today. Milena walks to the station to hear an announcement about a train delay at platform 4.

She meets Murat at the clinic for his appointment at 10:45. He explains that he registered with the NHS online last week.

Murat says the GP is busy today. The receptionist tells them that a consultation costs nothing for registered patients.

They discuss how the NHS provides free care. Murat mentions the importance of keeping the medical records updated.

They decide to have lunch at a cafe. The menu shows a special lunch deal for 12 pounds, valid until 14:00.

Milena learns that the school term ends on July 20th. She plans to visit the office again before the summer holidays start.
