A Smart British Afternoon

On October 12th at 2 PM, Oksana buys a cheap smart bulb for 15 pounds. She hopes to improve the lighting in her flat.

Emre arrives and notices the roadworks outside which delayed his bus. He says sorry for being late due to the heavy traffic.

Oksana explains that the bulb setup is difficult. She mentions that the instructions are not very clear.

At 3 PM, they try to connect the bulb to the Wi-Fi. Emre suggests they check the manual because he has read it twice.

The weather changes and it starts to rain heavily. They decide to stay inside to avoid the storm.

A station announcement on the TV says the trains are delayed. Emre jokes that this is typical British efficiency.

Oksana asks Emre to pass the screwdriver. He apologizes for his lack of manners during the busy setup.

At 4 PM, they finally connect the device. The light turns on, but it flashes bright pink.

They laugh because the light is very strange. Oksana thinks it is a funny mistake for a small price.

They decide to leave the light on and have tea. They have a doctor appointment on Monday at 9 AM.
