Sakura and the London Rush

It is 8:15 AM on Monday. The weather is rainy, so Sakura runs toward the underground station.

The loudspeaker announces that the Northern Line has delays due to engineering works.

Sakura pays 3.40 pounds for her ticket at gate 4. She pushes through the crowd to reach the platform.

She has finished her CV today. The document describes her experience clearly for the UK market.

Sakura feels nervous because she has a doctor appointment at 11:30 AM. She hopes the train arrives soon.

Dragan waves to her near the carriage door. He tells her that he has reviewed her professional summary.

Dragan says that the employers appreciate a concise profile. He suggests she emphasizes her soft skills.

The train stops suddenly because of roadworks near the tunnel. The passengers wait patiently for ten minutes.

Sakura tells Dragan that she wants to find a stable role. She has sent her application to three companies already.

They leave the station at 9:00 AM. Sakura feels ready for her future career after this talk.
